If the magic is really as unlimited as it seems then Cam will be able to singlehandedly alleviate pretty much arbitrary resource shortages, so there's that; Iobel therefore pulls out paperwork unrelated to resource shortages from the inbox to work on first when she and Edarial reach their work area.
